Being more connected to your emotions means being able to listen to and understanding their messages, rather than reactively acting on our emotions. Being able to connect with our own emotions improves our relationships with others. Both being able to communicate our emotions and be with others feeling their emotions are what help us to have deeper more meaningful relationships with ourselves and others.
